I am aware of Ms*** complaint I have nothing but good things to say about her it was a pleasure to work with herEverything went great the place looked awesome thanks to her creative styleYes the condo association did have strict requirements sand we submitted all of the spec sheets
prior to installation and all were approvedI did install the engineered wood floating floor and the sound proofing both of which Ms*** purchased and was instructed by the floor sales representative Julie ***The sub- floor however was a installed by a previous company(not my doing).Ms*** went and got a different company to tear out the floor and never asked me to do it to save her moneyShe did call me asking to drop off a $30,check at her front door once this had occurredOf course that was out of my budget since I only charged her$ 6k of which $2K she did not pay meI praise her for her courage to speak out on the matter and offer my deepest sympathy for all this has caused herShe really is a great person inside and outWe have both hired due to the circumstances attorney's do help us figure it all out as we believe it was a product failureThe product she picked out never came with instructions to remove any of plywood subfloorThis is not her fault more the manufacturerWell she has very powerful attorney's working for her so I'm sure she's spending top dollar to see we both get justiceWe're in good hands I think the professionals will handle it from here
