Review: Bought a straw pocketbook last week and the strap broke. Went back to store not expecting a refund but asked them to either exchange it or fix it. Was pointed to the store policy which states no refunds or exchanges which I understand since they mostly sell panty hose and socks and other under garments. This is a faulty pocketbook. The workers were defiant and said nothing can be done. Asked to speak to the [redacted] and was told she was out when I asked when she would be back was told in a month or two. This is in [redacted] most of their customers are tourists or people traveling through [redacted] so I don't suppose many people get a chance to come back with faulty merchandise. I went to take a picture of the store policy and was prevented from doing so. Asked for a business card and the name if the [redacted] and was told they didn't know the name and there were no business cards. They didn't know the address etc. asked to see my receipt which I didn't have on me I really didn't expect the strap of my bag to break on the subway when I left my house. How can they be licensed to operate when the employees don't know who their [redacted] is or even the address of where they workDesired Settlement: Will accept an exchange of merchandise or a refund
