I placed an order for 2 entry doors for my place of business in Aug 2014 (6 months ago). I have not heard from any rep since Nov 2014. I am disgusted w/ Elegant (NOT) Entries!!!! The Worst Company to do business is Elegant (NOT) Entries!!! a VERY unprofessional way to treat people. no response to any voicemail messages. My salesman ([redacted]) returns my calls (FROM hi MANSION in Florida) telling me I should be ANGRY!!! He tells me that I Am right to be MAD AS HELL!!! But thats all I got. I asked for my DEPOSIT Back but did not hear back at all! DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/ "ELEGANT (NOT) ENTRIES)

Review: I purchased windows from this company. I hd a three day cancellation period which I used. I cancelled within the three day period. date of purchase was 6/**/15. since that time I have been trying to get my deepest of $4000. all I am getting is the run around. I have called them numerous times and left messages.. No response. I talk to a person one time and he assured me my refund would be sent out on Friday. That was 2 weeks ago..have tried to contact them but get no response. I just want my deposit backDesired Settlement: WANT MY DEPOSIT BACK

My Problems with Elegant Entries have been going on from 2007. Over the years I have spent thousand of dollars for doors for my home. I have purchased at least seven custom doors from them. One of the two sliding doors I purchased for my upstairs balcony from day one has been defective. Their Service Department Representative [redacted] has been to my house since 2007 every time it rains, trying to service this door with no avail. I have the same door in two other rooms and no problems. What happens each time it rains the water comes into the track leaks into my Dining room below and has destroyed my ceiling many times, plus my hardwood floors wood window sills, window treatments, and frames etc. Each time I reported to Elegant entries they would send [redacted] the Rep over and he would check and we continue to leak each time. I never asked Elegant Entries to pay for all my damages over the years, and this has become a major problem in my home causing mold and destruction. Last year in 2013, around April/May [redacted] came back to my house and did a test on this door with my Garden hose and as soon as he hit the door the water came gushing in the door is totally defective since day one.

[redacted] reported this to [redacted], [redacted] and another man. Ethon who called me to advise over one year ago that the door a Parkview Door was clearly defective and that they ordered me a new door which was to arrive in six weeks at no charge for the door or installation. This door has never arrived for over one year and each time I call they stated it would be on the next shipment. I have called at least once a month. About two months ago [redacted] stated it was on the truck. In the last few weeks they do not return my messages. Please help my home is being destroyed each time it rains and it is not fair since this door was very expensive. They have avoided a replacement door since I got it, and I kept giving them chances to fix it, but it cannot be fixed. It is not fair how they treat their customers.

Thank you.Desired Settlement: Replacement Door with like kind and Installation included. My next step would be to sue if I do not receive a resolution. If I sue I will sue for all water damages caused by the leaking defective door. In addition, I will go to the media if ?I need to.
