Contractor has contacted us and was on site 2-20-16. Glass panel was wrong size and color. New measurements were taken and contractor told us correct panel would be ordered and should be here in about 2 months.

Tell us why here... Yes that is accurate , However the new glass is imported from China and does take two months as stated by client , it has not been near two months yet. we agreed on what to do after considering several options . I will call the customer again .

Review: Elegant Entrys door conversion contractor installed wrong glass panel in front entry door. Sales rep has viewed the install, apologized for mistake, and says company will replace with correct panel, but has not done so. Install was done on 10-7-2014 and still waiting 6 months later for correct panel. Contractor not returning phone calls.Desired Settlement: To replace the door panel with the correct panel that we ordered.
