We regret that Ms*** is not happy.? A contract was signed obligating a payment to be made regularly.? After many attempts to work with the customer, the arrangements were not kept by the customer.? *** *** ***? repossesses cars only after a customer is delinquent
and has been notified of the delinquency.? This policy was adhered to with the customer.? Ms*** came into our office on 07/19/2018.? We discussed the account and made arrangements with her to redeem the vehicle.? She agreed to the arrangements and says she will return later today to meet the agreement and pick up the vehicle.? ? ?
