We purchased a Franco chain from this jewelerAfter having it for about a month the chain was missing some linksWe sent it off for repair.We got it back and after having it for a couple of more weeksWe sent if off again and it looks like they just sauter it back togetherMy husband has not worn the chain since and there are link that are still coming offI have tried to get in contact with the owner for about weeksHe had not returned any of my phone callsThe employees have been in contact with the owner and has been given my information to contact me or my husbandHe has yet to return any of our callsWe are trying to get this resolved as soon as possible.It just seems like they are giving us the us the run around and not trying to help us out at allWe have purchased other pieces of jewelry from them and have spent alot of money in the storeTheir jewelry is suppose to have a warranty on itAnd we have had no luck with this matterWhen asking the employees when the

[redacted]. This matter was taken care of on Saturday Feb 3rd. My husband went down to speak to the owner and he agreed to swap out the Franco necklace for a different one. The other option was to find a different piece of jewelry if he wanted. My husband found a different chain and had to pay a difference of 150 which was agreed upon both parties.
