I am writing in response to Case #[redacted] residence. I received your letter in regards to [redacted]'s complaint, two of his small burning bushes died on the side of his house, so I said...

I would replace them. he did call a few times regarding the dead bushes, and I said I would replace them as soon as I get a chance.
I overlooked not getting them replaced due to me being so busy because I have been behind due to all of the rain we have had this year, I will be replacing the two small burning bushes within the next two weeks.
