Review: I paid to have front brake pads replaced, an oil change and antifreeze fluid flushed costing $210 and the work was never done. I went to the shop and [redacted] admitted and apologized and told me he would give the money back and he gave me the run around and never paid me and I wnat the money back. I now fear he is closing the shop, is there anything I can do to recoup the money? And can he please get a black mark on his name no matter what so that it will be harder for him to do this again?Desired Settlement: I want my money back and want the complaint to follow him so it is harder for him to do this to anyone else.
