I purchased a dodge charger in October from super shopperI bought it at night so did not see problems with it, the front windshield is completely pitted like it was sandblasted cannot see anything when driving into the sun, passenger seat belt is not the right seat belt for car and comes unbuckled, rear tailight was broke when I bought it they said they would fix I keep getting the run around.also just found out that on my auto application they put fraudulant information down staying that I work as a in home care giver for a specific person which I don't I'm on SsiThank you
Bought a *** Ram drove off with it got it home and noticed there was something wrong with the front end took it to have it looked at and was told it was unsafe to drive and there is worth of work needed to make it safe to drive called dealer they wanted to see paper work we faxed to them we called and called finally got a hold of them we were told we are liars and they wanted us to drive it to them and they would fix it we said no it is not safe to drive you can come here to look at it and they told us nothis truck should of never been sold till front end issues were made right I feel they should have to pay for it to be fix
I bought a car back in late September, the car was advertised as working and in good condition with a back up camera which I discovered it did not work I called and said if I can take it in and they said yes bring it in and will get that taken care of for you I never got the chance to take the car in because I would work Monday through Sunday now that I don’t work on the weekends I asked if I can take it in and the guy who answered the phone told me That he would get my name and number down so that somebody can call me The following week I never received a call from them so I called back and the guy who answered me said to call back next week to set an appointment because no one is available to take a look at my car and when I asked if I can take it in after five because that’s the time I get out of work he said no you can’t because that’s the time the mechanic leaves so I said OK then what time would be good for you and he said between and two but until next TuesdaySo it se
