So I was moved by Elegant Movers about to weeks ago and I am writing this review b/c for they where supposed to be at my house between 11-and didn't come till 4:(and I only found out they where on there way b/c I called them) then it took them 1/hours to move my two bedroom apartment in to the truck then then it took them till almost 10:00pm to move everything in my new houseBut the main reason I am writing this review is b/c I had to leave them at my old house b/c I had stuff I need to get done but they where so late I had to wait for themwhen I got to my new home the "supervisor" who was supposed to be helping the other two guys (who were very nice and respectful) move our stuff in was not doing ANYTHING but talking to my yo brother outside somking and drinking a hard lemonade then when my mom and I went inside he did as well and decided to sit on my couch!!!! I mean who does that? They also bent a lampshade to a inch desk lamp that was not in box but they opened one of my boxes and put it in thereI had to pay for guys but only of them did any work?!?!? I will not be using them again but hope my review helps you

Readers - FYI - I used Elegant Movers, Inc., for my most recent move I moved from North Central Tucson to Oro Valley and had a positive experience with them Their manager, ***, is an outstanding professional [redacted] spends his time handling customers while his hard working staff do all of the labor At first, I was not sure that the price that I was going to receive was competitive, and then I thought I would perform our family's move myself to save money But, after my wife advised me and said that she did not want me to do the work, we compromised and made sure that we did all of the packing and preparation to make the move as simple and inexpensive as possible [redacted] was more than accomodating His staff was very curteous and they took extra precautions to make sure that our furntiure and belongings were unharmed But, beyond the work that they performed, [redacted] had quoted me a time frame that it would take to get the job done We thought it was going to take about & 1/hours As it turned out, with all of my family's preparation, we loaded a van and unloaded a van in & 1/hours The work went faster because we facilitated the move by ensuring that everything was packed and moved to the front door for their staff to expedite the process To top off the experience, please know that ***, our manager from Elegant Movers, bought clothing and garment boxes for my wife He delivered them the Saturday before our move and did not charge us Finally, after all was said and done and the movers were leaving, I had anticipated that our total time to move was going to be for hours I had sent my wife to the bank to obtain a cashier's check for hours of work for men When it turned out to be & 1/hours, I told the crew chief that I would settle with [redacted] later to get the difference When I called [redacted] several weeks after our move, I told him that I needed reimbursement for the 1/ hour that was over paid [redacted] was stunning Not only did he remember us, but he was polite and more than accomodating He has good business practices and is a wonderful professional We received the difference owed, and out of gratitude, we returned the formal garment boxes that he bought us and thanked him profusely for all of their hard work, dedication and professionalism Thanks *** It means alot to me that there are businesses like you in Tucson that go the extra mile to take care of clients All the best

We used Elegant Movers to move our heavy items into storageThey were excellent The owner came to survey the move two hours after I calledCan't promise that for everyoneThen they called the night before to make sure we were readyThen they pulled up on time for the Move Careful with all items, wrapped our two piece couch for protection, protected all the items with blankets in the truck for the short five mile routeGreat crewThe final came in one hour less of work, that came to an extra- extra tip My wife said they were superb, and I say they deserve the name ElegantGood job gentlemen, we will call you when we returnWe chose these movers primarily due to the Revdex.com reviewsWe were right on target for this one

[redacted] and his crew were very efficient in my move He moved me from Las Vegas to Tucson, everything went as planned and on time My items were unloaded as soon as they arrived here and they even put my bed together so I would have a place to sleep I was very happy with the move

Mr*** *** owner and operator of Elegant Movers is the absolute best! He and his team were effective, efficient, professional, polite, respectful and did an outstanding job that not only met my expectations but far exceeded them! HIRE HIM!
Due to a shady realtor I had the closing date on my home changed several timesUnfortunately I had to change my moving dates on *** several timesHe was nice enough to accommodate me and not charge me for the inconvenience due to my situation when the day I actually had to move fell on a day when he had prior business scheduled***, knowing my situation brought an additional crew member and a pick up truck to help expedite the move and make it time efficient He did not charge me for this
*** and his crew took the utmost care moving with all of my possessions regardless of valueI had saved a long time to buy new bedroom furnitureThey especially treated my new bedroom furniture like it belonged in a museumI also had several rather large mirrors and a 48" glass top kitchen tableNothing was broken, dented, scratched or damaged!! My husband has much in the way of electronics, stereo and television equipmentAll of this was handled perfectly and to my husband's satisfaction
Although *** did have another job to go to immediately after ours he did not just chuck our stuff in the house and leave usHe and his crew stayed and helped us set up our bed, place our dressers, and couch and kitchen table and chairsThat was more help than any mover I had ever had offer!
I was most pleased also that when I spoke to *** he gave me a "ball park" range on the phone and said that he would cap it to not exceed 20% of what was quotedWhen he came to the house to confirm the estimate, the price was still the same and not suddenly more He put it in writing!
Honest, reliable, dependable, ethical, knows his stuffI'll only use Elegant MoversIf I had a mansion in Beverly Hills, I'd ask *** & crew to move me

Elegant Movers was recommended to me by a co worker I must admit I was a little skeptical when I first spole with them, and scheduled the move I was a little anxious when they were late, however they did call and arrived shortly after that The move was accomplished very efficiently and everything was arrived and set up in good condition If I were going to ever move again I will definitely look to them to move my household

Elegant movers are fantastic. Having had several encounters with them from my place of employment, made the decision easy when I needed to move to a new condo. Owner and crew are great! A+ highly recommend.

I used Elegant Movers 2.5 years ago & they were terrible! They numerous pieces of furniture scratched/dented/broken, one guy overdosed and the owner/foreman/whatever had to take care of him, leaving 2 men to unload and it was horrible!!!!! That was over two years ago and they're probably not in business any longer.

Definitely deserves the A+ rating. Movers were curtious, careful and very thorough in their handling of our property. Were extremely helpful with the unload and set up in our new home.
We are retired military and have done a lot of moving in the past 45 years. Elegant has been the best experience for us, and we have a lot of experience.

[redacted] and [redacted] moved boxes and furniture from my storage unit to my home. They did a great job with heavy loads and were so positive in spite of the heat that day. The estimated time and cost was just what [redacted] had given. I enthusiastically recommend Elegant Movers!
