I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I do not accept this response, because as I fore stated in my initial complaint, the lighting was poor in the salon, and when I got home I observed the poor job on my feet [redacted] admitted that she did a poor job, due to being tired and I told her that was no excusei have more pictures to substantiate my claim, due to my old nail polish being left on and some of my toes were not even fully painted***, you were not there at the time and I would not go through these great lengths if I did not feel that these measures were not warrantedInitially I was informed that they would give me a full refund, then I was told they could not open drawerThe color part came in cause I was told to get a color and the job was so bad, I just thought another color would be okaythe work was sloppy and no she did not put a top coat on my feeti was thereI want a full refund, based on a poor service performedthe pictures should tell the whole story
