Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to review our customer's specific complaintTo perform the application of Coffin nails, we are and have been using an industry approved powder as are most other salonsWe are not aware that the tech that was providing the service ever had any health
problems related to the powderShe certainly did not share her issues with the management or we would not have had her handle the productIf there was a powder problem we would certainly not place any of our customers or employees in Harm's WayOur nail salon takes pride in the services performedWe always treat our customer's needs as our number one priorityAs you know, there are always a few customers who's standards cannot be metOur salon is licensed and our techs have been schooled to perform the various services as outlined on our menuTHOUGHTS CONCERNING OUR CUSTOMERS EXPERIENCE Customer did not share her complaint with management at time of serviceThis was a first time customerThe customer paid her bill and gave the tech a TIPThe powder used came from a reputable salon supply coCustomer did not refuse to have the powder used and have another style nail appliedCustomer never sought medical help even when her reaction worsenedA week or so later the customer returned to complain and a tech removed the nails as requestedShe did not sound sincereShe was not charged for the removalThere normally is a chargeThere was no apparent rash or reaction visible at that timeThe customer placed negative information on *** *** face book siteIf the tech was advised by her Doctor to stop working around nails and powder then why did she not follow his advice? Why would she jeopardize her health and still continue to work?
