Elegant Nails and Tanning

I went into this establishment to get my nails done. I asked for a full set coffin shaped nails and mood changing nail polish. After I was done I was charged $74.55 and told them nowhere else charges that much for just one person and their board says a completely different price as well. I went into their reviews and another lady had the same thing I had done and they tried charging her $120. They are making up their prices and my nails broke the next day. I would like to report them and try to get a refund if possible because I feel completely ripped off and overcharged for my nails when I can go to another place in Canton Ohio and get the same thing done for $40-$45 and they stay on.
