Oh my goshI needed a mani really quick while I was in town, and this was the only place I could findAvoid at all costs- I should have known the minute I walked in the door and both people working there looked up at me, didn't say a peep, and looked back downWhen I was finally acknowledged, I was sat at a DIRTY tableI brushed some of the nail dust off, but it was so so grossThe sign on the wall said any credit card transactions under $would be charged an extra dollar- I was charged $Not only that, but my nails were filed unevenly, and my three year old nephew could have done a better job painting them if he was blindfoldedI refused to even ask them to fix it- I was terrified of what THAT result would be! I immediately left and bought a nail file and nail polish removerA complete and total waste of my time and money

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Mr. [redacted] reply contains several false statements.  This does not change my complaint that I contracted and paid to have my entire home washed not half of the vinyl on the windows cleaned.  My screens can be raised with one hand.  I was not advised until 2 days later when I talked with Mr. [redacted] that the customer had to ask to have the window cleaned behind the screens.  If I had been advised at the time of the washing I of course would have told him to clean behind screens.  The reason I was not advise it would have taken more time.  I will now have to have someone else come and finish the job that I contracted and paid to have done.
My complaint has not been satisfied by Mr. [redacted].

In 2016, this dentist crowned three teeth and performed two cleanings for my wife and I. He received over $2.5K for this work, about $1.2K from us and $1.4K from insurance (we also paid $750 for the insurance itself). After reviewing the insurance explanation of benefits and our account balance (which took months to get), we asked him to fix problems where we were charged the full amount for services instead of the insurance negotiated fee. He eventually responded by adding about $70 in invalid charges. We spoke with him multiple times about these issues with no success. In the last meeting with him, he said he didn't know the difference between a debit and a credit. He owes us about $100 which we may never receive. We no longer use him and do not recommend him to others because of his questionable accounting practices and lack of integrity.

First if you look at the work order the job for doing the house was $325.00.  Mr. [redacted] said he really want it done and can I work with the price.  I told him I would from 325.00 to 250.00 for the wash.  On the day it was to be wash, Mr. and Miss [redacted] was sick, so we reschedule for...

7-29-14.  When we finish Mr. [redacted] walk around and talk with us while I was showing him what was done.  Mr. [redacted] said everything look OK, but can we get under the bottom pannel of home.  We clean it while he was there.  When we finish he said everything look OK, that he will tell his daughter or son we done a good job.  3 days later after hard two days of rain he call and said we miss bottom windows can we come back because we didn't take screens out.  The only time we ever take screens out is when it is ask by customer.  Reason some windows have screen locks on the inside and customer usuly take them out.  When I came back we put furniture back on front proch and window had sand from rain in screen.  If window had screen in it holding the screen owner should have remove the screws.  We wash window with screen and the first time when he check he gave us the OK.  He was outside when we finish and check everything and paid us.
No I will not come back because I feel he was unfair about his complaint.

Review: I have been frequenting this business on and off over a few months period for Threading of my Eyebrows and Upper Lip. I had mentioned to [redacted] that I am trying to grow back the hair in a few places, therefore, that area is not to be Threaded. I kept asking her if she sees any hair growing back and she keeps saying no. So before this session on 03/18/14, I used a magnifying mirror and saw tiny growth of hairs in the problem areas that I had asked her to avoid so that tells me that she has been threading the hairs from that area as well. I decided that best way to avoid the area is to use a black pencil and pencil off the area that she not touch. She was annoyed that I had pencil the area when I got into the room, she said to me that she does not touch the area I had asked and she did not know why I had pencil it but I persisted anyway. I did not look closely at the mirror she showed me after she finished and thinking back now, she barely held up the mirror this last visit and her attitude was not friendly and she look and acted offended that I had questioned her and use the pencil. I did not look closely at the area until later that evening and discovered that she had completely taken the hair off on the left eyebrow in 3 places that was penciled off and I believe she did this in anger and to be spiteful. I immediately called and since she was unavailable, I left a message for her to call me in regards to the threading. I did not get a call back that day and left a message on her recording on 04/19/14 detailing my grievances. She returned my call on the 19th, however, it went into my cell voice mail. She only said that she saw me using the pencil while I was waiting for her and that her business have a sign that says all transactions are final and no refunds. She said she understand I will not return and am free to take my business elsewhere. she did not address the issue of taking off the hair from the three problem area or her attitude or anything else.Desired Settlement: The service is $22.00 and I left a $3.00 tip. I would like a refund for the service on the left eyebrow and the tip. I feel as a business owner, she did not address this issue professionally. It is really not about the money but the courtesy and the ethics. In her profession, if someone keeps complaining about hair growth problems, she should have been the one to recommend that we pencil in the area to avoid any problems. Thank you.

Review: ON 10/7/13 AT 1030 AM I arrived at [redacted] located at [redacted] for a manicure. I was the only customer in the salon with 4 additional manicurist. The manicurist, MY, began my manicure and after about half way into the manicure I realized that I was asking her to go back and complete parts of the manicure such as clean up my cuticle beds, clip my nails, round out my nails, etc. I thought this was odd-especially because there are things that manicurist even for a basic manicure will do as part of the routine service and this manicurist was not doing this. Not to mention that before we even got halfway she asked me to go ahead and pay for the service. Had I known, the work would have been this poor I would not have paid, and I would have also simply left or offered to pay for the time thus far. As the manicurist began painting my nails I noticed the same poor quality.Nail polish was everywhere, I was asking her to go back with nail polish remover to clean up the polish, which she originally told me that she could not do, because polish naturally moves everywhere, and then she finished with a clear coat that was all over my finger tips. I told the woman that I would rather just take off the polish and get my money back. The woman also didn't complete the manicure by removing access nail remover (acetone) nor moisturized my cuticles. It really looked like a novice completed my nails. I told the woman how concerned I was and why I wanted my money back and she proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my nails after I showed her the apparent issues with the quality of work. I proceeded to contact my lawyer and even offered to pay half and remove the polish myself-but was refused and yelled at. Another woman, who was not an employee nor the owner and friend of the manicurist proceeded to become very aggressive yelling and harassing me, until I told the manicurist I would call the police and wait outside. I also asked for the owner's information and was refusedDesired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the manicure service ($15) as well as an apology. I have pictures of the manicure to show the poor quality of work, as well as another witness I called on the phone to ensure I had someone vouch for what was happening. I believe the owner also needs to be informed of what has happened, and the woman who was very aggressive and did not work there should no longer be allowed in the salon.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, I am uncomfortable visiting the location personally without a Revdex.com escort or police officer. This is because of the aggressive nature of the employees before. If possible, I would prefer to have an escort to the business and be fully aware of the owners intentions (in writing) before hand-or have the refund mailed to me.
