The complaint made by [redacted] is false. My company completed out entire phase of our contract. [redacted] wanted additional work done which consisted of extending her rear walkway to the rear fence but was not in the proposed scope. The tuckpointing work by our staff was done completly and there...

were no open joints as the paint which is red has not been repainted in any areas if there was repointing. I spoke to [redacted] and she mentioned about extending the walkway at a $200.00 aditional cost which we declined because the cost proposed by her was not a fair cost so we just did the 6 foot area agreed. [redacted] has complained about every other contractor that has worked for her and we completed a previous job that was started by another contractor. I spoke to [redacted] on several occasions about meeting to look at the additional concrete work and never heard any mention of the items in her complaint.  I do not agree with her complaint nor do I wish to hornor her request foe a refund to pay for additional work she got done that was not part of our contract. I am rejecting this response because:Date: Mon, Nov 27, 2017 at 11:06 AMSubject: Report on Complaint Assigned ID #[redacted]To: [redacted]@myRevdex.com.orgThe following I want to add to my complaint that was left out for the work done May 2016,, and was unable to add it in my response. The owner of the company Mr. E[redacted] had ask me to pay him before the job was completed because he said that he did not have any money to pay his guys.  He also left trash, debris, used bags of concrete and other materials in my backyard, which he was suppose to haul it away.  They took my small rake and I let Mr. E[redacted] know and he promised me that he would return my rake but never did return it. Last month after being contacted by the Revdex.com, I got several voice mail messages from Mr. E[redacted] asking me to call him but I did not return his messages.   One Friday morning last month Mr. E[redacted] came through my backyard and said that he wanted to talk to me, explaining that he tried calling me but I never returned his phone calls.  I told Mr. E[redacted] that I was very busy and had to him another time.  He said that the Revdex.com had contacted him and that he wanted to make it right with me and offered to pay me some of my money back.  I never talk to Mr. E[redacted] since that day.  I think he may be a scam and took my money for the lousy job his company did.  I never ask Mr. E[redacted] to do my walkway, he offered it but did a lousy job. Thank you
