Spoke with Khaled Massoud and made an appt. He was punctual and was thorough. He was willing to work with me if payment was a problem and meet with the Insurance Agent as needed. He was very professional and kept in contact during the whole process. He was able to get a crew out quickly and they were very respectable of my property. Roofing project was completed within a day's time and all debris was removed. I highly recommend Elegant Roofing and Remodeling, and would definitely work with them for my next project.

Elegant Roofing & Remodeling did an amazing job. I had some wood replaced, painted and new gutter put in also had my back patio roof redone with new galvanized roof. Elegant Roofing & Remodeling did an incredible job, several jobs at my house in Alvin. They replaced my roof, worked on one of my bedrooms damaged in Hurricane Harvey, and repaired over 20 water spots that continued to get worse from my damaged roof. They also removed a large tree that hung over my roof before they started to replace my roof. The staff was prompt, friendly, and removed all materials when they finished. I will definitely hire them again and refer them to my friends!
I had a signed contract to paint my entire house. The worker showed up and performed subpar work and was dismissed by ERCC. ERCC then reneged on the contract because their supervisor said that “You’re asking more than what’s on the contract that’s why Elmer left. No one wants to do any work for you. It’s just better you find someone else.” I would not recommend this company to anyone for construction or painting because they do not abide by the terms of their contract with the consumer.
This customer asked my painter to do more work than there is on the contract and he also asked him to do other work for him on the side without the company knowing but our guys are honest and came up to tell us about it and decided not to do work for this customer anymore. He's saying our job is subpar but he was referred to us by his neighbor and his neighbor is extremely happy and that's why he referred this customer to us. I have photos of his neighbors new roof, siding and paint job we did for him and even the neighbor will speak nothing but suggest high recommendations about us.
Elegant Roofing just completed replacing all the siding, painting the siding, replacing the roof and replacing the guttering on our home. Everything exceeded my expectations. All was accomplished in the time frame agreed on and at the estimate of cost provided up front. I paid nothing up front but paid as the work was completed. The workers were professional and very courteous. A complete clean up was performed when the work was completed. Kaled Massoud went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

I?m glad I chose this company. The owner Khaled was very professional from the time he came to give me an estimate till the time they finished the job. He was straight up honest and very transparent about everything. The job went well just as it was explained to me. He handled my insurance claim and dealt with the adjuster and made sure they paid correctly. Yes I?ll definitely hire again for a different project. I?ve already referred him two of my neighbors and my brother. Keep up the good work.
Not sure what this guys problem is, but any time you ask a question, he wants to interrupt and almost bully you.. He came to give an estimate on my home after a fire.. He said he would only paint the wall 1/2 way up because it was not that bad.. Before sending the estimate he said I had to sign a contract.. WRONG...He told me the insurance company had approved him and that he had already scheduled my work.. WRONG.. .. Then the topper was.. I need to know how much money was available to select the flooring that was to be replaced.. He said, I will select the flooring in your home and you will be happy.. I hung up.. he text me multiple times.. so I blocked him..
There’s a huge misunderstanding with this customer. He didn’t even allow me to finish explaining the estimate which I submitted to the insurance company. Of course we don’t paint the wall half way and of course I’m not asking him to sign the contract so I can send the estimate to the insurance. I’m asking him to sign the contract so I can send the contract to the insurance company to allow me to begin the work because I was under the impression that he IS hiring us because the insurance company assigned the job to us and not to anyone else. He called asking me questions and he was in a hurry to get any answer and then he hung up on me. That is really rude. I was very nice and professional to him when I was at his house taking my measurements and he was super nice to me and all of a sudden he flipped. I don’t know what is his problem. That’s why I don’t like explaining the estimate over the phone because there could be huge misunderstandings and always they understand it the wrong way. Not everyone understands insurance estimates and how and why we write it the way we write it. Only adjusters and contractors understand them but when read it he took it the wrong way instead of him sitting down with me face to face to understand and clear any misunderstandings.
Why would this business think that I was only getting one estimate??? That would be a very uninformed consumer.. I was looking of the estimate with a retired construction guy.. So I was not relying on just on the owners interpretation.. I was informed.. And the owner likes to play fast and loose with some of his answers.. As far as my comments.. I'll put my hand on the BIBLE and swear..
You're not the only job I have and and don't think I'm dying to do it, I do what I do because I'm good at what I do and people praise me for it. I have tons of references that can speak for me.

I was really pleased with the roofing job completed by Elegant Roofing and Restoration Contractor*** and his crew were timely and very professional.I can?t imagine receiving a better job from anyone else.I definitely recommend this company for all who need this type service.The paperwork and follow up service was also excellent.This is a 5-star company that I hope will get recognized for the quality of work they provide to the customer.

We hired Elegant Roofing to replace roofing on two homes - one is our residence and the other is one of our rental properties. Staff and field crews were very friendly and the work was done promptly. The problem arose on our residence. After about a year, the roof began leaking. Repair personnel were sent out on three different visits, over the course of 4 - 6 months. On the first two visits, the repairs were ineffective and roof continued leaking; on the third visit, the repairs consisted of replacing, on one side of the roof, approximately *** of the architectural grade shingles with shingles that were of inferior grade as well as being different style and color. The leaking has continued. Additionally, there has been progressive interior drywall damage from the continued leaks due to the unresolved repairs.
Although the lifetime workmanship warranty is stated to "... cover[s] faulty installation and interior damage caused by leaks from the same faulty installation", Elegant Roofing will no longer return email or calls to discuss this issue, leaving us to have to resort to hiring a third party to repair the roof replacement.
The end result has been that we have replaced a roof that didn't leak with a roof that continues to leak, and will continue to incur progressive damage until we hire a third party to effect repairs. And if we ever decide to sell this house, we may well be required to replace the roof again so that all the shingles are once again the same style and color.
The above complain made by this homeowner is over exaggerated. We offered to do the repairs to the roof where we thought it leak was leaking. We repaired the same area twice thinking it was leaking, I went there to inspect it after the second repair it turned out the leak was not from the roof but it was from an the AC pipes, it appeared the moisture from the pipe was leaking in to the bedroom ceiling and advised the homeowner to have it repaired by an AC guy. There was no evidence inside the attic on the decking that there was any leaks especially after running a water hose over that area there was no water leaking through but rather found the AC pipe right below where it was leaking the moisture from the pipe directly on the ceiling drywall. Advised homeowner to have an AC guy check it and let us know what was the outcome and that we would repair any interior if it was damaged by a leak though the roof but again it wasn't. I took photos of the decking and sent it to the homeowner and he never got back with us. Photos available upon request.
Yes, send the photos: that's going to be tough to do because that statement is an outright lie. I don't what house is being referred to here, but it sure isn't mine. These guys are making this stuff up.

Lied to us as to how the Job would proceed and be completed.
1. No supervision
2. Inadequate Labor and material used to attempt to proceed with the job. (Used underaged untrained workers to completely ruin the structural integrity of our house by un-necessarily removing the tongue and grove decking because of "CODE". Please explain this to us.) Drinking Beer on the job. No Supervision.
3. Only time he came to see us after job started was to collect money, (the job was not complete and under dispute.) Did this by harassing My wife on our property saying he wanted to be paid and the insurance check we had was "his money". He the began to send threatening text messages harassing us with threats to file liens against our property and foreclose on our home.
The comments made by this homeowner is 100% false. We have the proof to back up everything against what he’s saying. We did the job per code and per the insurance scope. Insurance paid to replace the decking because it wasn’t per code but they thought that wasn’t necessary. And if insurance approves to replace decking and we don’t then we’ll be responsible for not bringing the decking up to code.
Homeowner wanted us to cover pipe jacks with covered boots and cover flashing with shingles and that’s against code we cannot do that.
I did supervise this job and I have drone photos of before during and after for this job but I did not see homeowner there and she may have not seen me but this job was supervised. No drinking on the job allowed and if that was the case we wouldn’t have finished the entire job in two days which a normal roofing crew would take at least 4 days to finish. This house has a very steep roof and it’s two story, I sent three roofing crews to inspect the roof prior to do it and none wanted to do it because it way too steep and very high and fortunately one of my other crews agreed to do it and we had twelve guys on the job and finished it two days. I have photos of this roof upon request I can show it to anyone and the roof looks so beautiful. Homeowner refused to pay the balance of our contracted amaount which is about 70% because they were trying to find the least mistake so they can get away without paying their deductible and I have email correspondence to prove that. The entire cause of their complain is because they didn’t want to pay their deductible but had they asked us in a nice way and in a totally different approach we would’ve somewhat helped them with their request but they decided to do it the ugly way.
We have nothing but positive reviews online so why would treat them bad and everyone else good, that doesn’t make sense and especially this homeowner is referred to us directly by the insurance company so it is our obligation to do our best to make sure all parties are happy including homeowner and the insurance company.
There’s always two sides of a story so don’t believe everything you hear from one side, that’s not justice.
Elegant Roofing was very professional from start to finish.The guys who did the roof were very knowledgeable and professional as well. It took them less than 2 days to get my roof done. I highly recommend them for they are reasonable and the process was stress free.
