We would like to apologize for the inconvenience that may have occurred. I can assure you that as time goes on our countertops will give you the confidence you need in our product.
Your Granite was originally installed in April and we first have been contacted by you on October, 2015. After submitting your issue to our corporate headquarters, we received a determination from corporate on January 19, and corporate has determined that the issue on your countertop is not from a defect or lack of durability in your Granite.
Our product is extremely durable and resistant to scratches, stains and heat but is not scratch, stain or heat proof.
We at Granite Transformations are a quality orientated company in every aspect from workmanship to customer service. Therefore, while assessing the issue we will resolve the issue by installing a new section of the countertop. We have made and confirmed an appointment for your template on February 8, with you.

Review: Had this company do a bathroom with wainscoting on walls , countertop, sink and tub enclosure on April 4th, 2013. Had to call them many times about the sink

no installed correctly I finally call main company for response to fix this problem finally was fixed on Jan,31st. 2014 since this problem we have contacted them about the installation on the wainscoting on one side of the room to the other is at least an inch difference on height and we contracted out to put a backslash on the back of counter and was told with this difference they can't do it till granite transformations correct this problem. their installer came to see the problem and agreed it had to be fixed over 3 weeks we had called to see how and when they told us they had to order trim and he will have to remove the wainscot and and reapply it with trim at base. We are now on week 4 with no contact from them. This has been a problem with them contacting us and correcting what is wrong in a timely fashion. It not the product we have issues with its the installer and not doing his job rightDesired Settlement: I would like to see my bathroom finished the correct way. Maybe if possible get wainscoting around counter since I did pay for a contractor to put up backsplash and couldn't do it. We always paid on time to have the kitchen and bathroom done
