In reply to a complaint that has been file with you ID ***First the person that is making the complaint has made a bit of a mistakeIf shewants half of the food costs, then her money due if I agree which I do not wouldbe Yes, her total bill including bar and staffing was over 10,but
the foodcosts was 5000.Second when the mother in law first call me questioning what she felt was wrongher original complaint was about the food its self-saying one of the items waswhat she called "slop" this was cevicheShe also complainecj about the fact thatthe vendors were not fed, I explain that my team told me the vendors had goneup to the stations and had eatenYes, they were supposed t^ be served, which Iapologize to the Mother in law and refunded the money that she was charge forthe vendor, which I thought was the end of the problemOriginally it was 8vendors then they raised it to vendors we actually have art open invoice for thefour vendors they never paid forWe refunded for the vendors.Week and a half goes by yet again another call, now complaining that we werehire from 4-8:and the food was supposed to be out the whole time, I explainthat no you hired us from 4- 8:but in that time was the celemony, cocktailhour, station and cake cutting and serving then us leaving(The Bride hire us, themother in law ended up paying for the wedding) I said if you review the contractand the brides Time Schedule (which I would be happy to provide you) can seethat no the food was not supposed to be out till 8:cake vyas supposed to startat 7:which it did not because guests were still eating until 7:We actuallydid not start breaking down food station until 7:and were still breaking downat 8:30.I am sorry that the client is not happy but I stand by my service and my team, wewent above and beyond for both of these ciients.Thank youRespectfully,Bridget B*** Office Manager Elegant Touch CateringNext phone call was that we ran out of food, which we did nc^t because weactually brought food back with us and gave to local church groupI explain thatthis was a station wedding which is what the bride wanted aiid informal gatheringwhere guests ate when they wanted to with no structurea|so explain thatguests went up to the stations 3-timesMy last email from the mother of thebride was that she does not care if guests went up 4-times or not that we ranout of food, how can you run out of food if guests went up o\ler and over again,never in our contact or proposal did we call it an all you can eat buffet.At the end of the wedding my chief team member went up to bride which at thattime she thanks us and said everything was fantasticI have all documentationbut your letter says not to give anything with client's name etc., so I not sure howyou would like me to handle giving you the proof.We have been in Business for over years we take great prijde in what we doIam not sure if because I was willing to give back the vendor's meal with noargument it they took it that I was going to cave in to being h^ullyI gave them thewedding that they hire me for, I am sorry if the brides vision and the mother inlaw vision was so differentThrough the process we tried very hard to give themwhat they wanted, there were issues with the bar, the package they got wassimple package with house beers the week before the groorn wanted craft beerswhich we agree to, but then the mother wanted Bud, we ended up doing both tomake them all happyThere was an issue that Bride did not want soda, so we didjuice boxes for children, and they wanted Saratoga water stajtion which we alsoprovided and the mother in law wanted soda for her friends again we hadbartender put behind the bar and serve it to the mother in laws guests.The Bride wanted linen the day before so they could set up the room anddecorated we normally do not do this we did, the barn ended up having birds in itthe night before and we had table clothes that were damage with bird droppingagain we did not send a bill to the client which we normally vyould have.We received the same letter
