On March 9th 2015, [redacted] came to Elegante Jewelry Manufacturing, Incwith an out of round well worn wedding band, with a crack on one edge, for repair, she was quoted $to repair the ring The ring was examined, quoted and accepted by Mr [redacted] (a principle) After acceptance the ring was also examined by our laser technician who would repair the crackThe ring was rounded the crack was repaired and the ring was polished and cleanedOn March 23, the ring was picked up and paid for by [redacted] At approximately 8:pm that evening Mr [redacted] left a telephone message (it was after our business hours), asking us to call himOn March 24, Mr [redacted] called Mr [redacted] , he indicated that his ring originally had a “finish”, Mr [redacted] found no evidence of a “finish” but asked that Mr [redacted] bring the ring and we would be happy to put a “finish” of his choice on the ringWe have not seen nor heard from Mr [redacted] since, although we did hear from the Bellevue Police Department and explained our experienceAlso we have received negative statements on Google, Yelp and FacebookElegante Jewelry has been in business in Bellevue for over years doing repairs and restoration of fine jewelry on site, and have never been in a situation like this Thank you for your correspondence and we are happy to provide any and all further requested information All the best, [redacted] @EJM
