Review: I ordered a rug and rug pad from this company on 1/22/15. Total cost $2006.39. I received a "thank you for your order" email and then have heard nothing from the business. My credit card was charged the full amount on 1/23/15. I have tried to call the company at both [redacted] and [redacted]. I am connected with a message "Leave your name and number and we will get back with you as soon as possible." It is impossible to leave a message because the mailbox is full. I have sent three emails to the company and have heard nothing. Is this business a scam?Desired Settlement: Refund full amount to my [redacted] card. I would like an explanation from company.
Review: I ordered a rug from this on-line website on 3 Sep. Paid $58 through my [redacted] account on that date. Still have not received any information about the status of my order - when it will ship, if its even available, nothing. I have sent several emails and placed several phone calls and have had no response to either. Everytime I have called their phone numbers, I get a recording - can't even talk to anyone. Since I have not received any further information about my order at this point I no longer want to do business with this company and want to have my [redacted] account refunded the $58. I do not think this is very good customer service.Desired Settlement: Refund my [redacted] account in the amount of $58.

Review: Quasi-Identical to a complaint apparently filed on your site by someone else in September, my complaint concerns an order (Order ID:[redacted]) placed and confirmed electronically by this company on December 2, 2014.
There has been absolutely no follow-up, no responses to emails asking about the status of my order, no responses to telephone calls (their answering machine is apparently so full that they are no longer taking messages). This is especially worrisome as the company, without hesitation, took the $159.20 total balance from my account!
Winter is upon us and not only are we carpet-less, but we are also standing here powerless, "out the money" on top of it.Desired Settlement: This company has the responsibility of reassuring consumers that they even legitimately exist and, ultimately, not charging in advance for products that apparently don't!!!
Complete refund of $159.20
