I could not use this product (doctors orders) Returned product within 30 days for refund. *** tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX . The amount charged to my*** account was $146.86 Canadian dollars. I have called the tel. number numerous times (X-XXX-XXX-XXXX) and (X-XXX-XXX-XXXX) . I have filled out the refund request forms . The order # is XXXXXXXX. The return# RMA is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The charge that shows on my credit card says *** XXX-XXXXXXX NY $146.86. They have given me a Refund ticket #XXXXXX and a reimbursement #XXXXXX. However this has been going on for 3 months. Nothing has been done!

Desired Outcome

Money refunded to my credit card acct.

I have reviewed your account and it was successfully cancelled as of 02/28/20 and I have submitted refunds in the amount of $107.99 x 2 on 03/04/20 in order to resolve the issue. You should see the credit reflected on your statement within the next 5-7 days from the credit issue date. I do see our Fulfillment warehouse reported your qualifying return as received on 01/08/20 which is outside our return policy and your tracking information shows your product was returned 1/6/20. I'm very sorry we did not catch this as it's our policy to honor your tracking information.

The Terms and Conditions of the trial offer are fully explained and provided on the site where you placed your order. I'm very sorry you did not see it.

Yes, I received a e-mail from the company stating they are going to refund my money Thanks so much!!

I believed I was agreeing to a FREE TRIAL offer... plus postage and handling. They make you give a credit card number, then they ask you a series of questions before you can submit your order the next day I look on my credit card and I had three different charges. I called immediately to cancel the order they told me it was already processed and I couldn't cancel it and I would have to wait until the product arrived. I did this call back immediately they gave me a number And an address to send the product back to you. I did all this and *** confirmed the delivery was made December 10. On March 5 I called them to tell them I had not been credited yet and they told me they had not received my product, when I told them I had a conformation from *** they said it didn't matter and I would have to fill out a form and send it in, they confirm my email address and said they would send the form and gave me a confirmation number (XXXXXXXX). I have not received an email and I am frustrated dealing with this company as all they do is give you the runaround ***. Please help resolve this issue

I would like them to credit my credit card the full amount like they promised.

With regards to your experience with our call agent, we do apologize as it seems there was some confusion regarding charges that qualified for your return policy and those that did not (only charged S&H).

I have reviewed your account and it was successfully cancelled as of 05/12/20 and refunds were issued in the amount of 102.99 and 29.95 on 23/03/20 in order to resolve the issue. You should see the credit reflected on your statement within the next 5-7 days from the credit issue date.

Saw an advert on the Net for vitamin tablets as endorsed by the TV program, ***. I thought I was purchased a trial bottle of these vitamins, I did not see the very fine print saying unless I cancel within 30 days, the company, Element Body Science, they will send further supply each month till I cancel.
*** the trial bottle of tablets was $6 and subsequent deliveries was priced out as $147.51. No vitamins are worth that.
I contacted to company and made arrangement for the company to delete my credit card from their records and to cease sending me any further supply of tablets.
I was informed I was not able to have any refund even if I return all the bottles of vitamins.

Desired Outcome

I wish to return all the bottles of vitamins for a full refund.

Dear ***,
I want to thank you for taking up my complaint against Element Body Science. I'd like to bring you up to date regarding developments.
Following your contact with the company I received a complaint activity report from you, which states that Element Body Science regrets my frustration
and further states I will be receiving a refund of $510.66US and I should receive this within 5-7 business days.

Since then, Element Body Science did make two refunds. One for $102.99US and one for $83.66US. After this, I received two eChecks
each to the value of $107.99US. Unfortunately, both these cheques bounced which means I had to pay $58cdn as a bank fee for cheque return.
In my book, they still owe $323.96US.

Yesterday, I called Element Body Science and they now require me to fill in a refund claim form which I don't have any problem with. I will
comply with their wish and FYI,***. My position is this. Element Body Science agreed to refund
$510.61US and so far have not followed through on their promise. If it possible for you to put some pressure onto them, I'd be greatly
appreciated it. I thought it's against the law to send anyone a monetary cheque knowing full well it would not be honoured.
Thanks for all your help so far regarding this challenge. I do not intend to let these people 'off t hook' .

I ordered once a free trial but they keep sending me and billing me . I want it to stop but there is no phone number or contact

I tried a no cost sample from them once which is made in Canada, and ships from Ontario Canada but they bill in U.S funds. ***
I found the product to be over priced and unsatisfactory.
I've repeatedly asked them to quit sending, and billing my credit card monthly in US funds for their Alpha Titan products. Once this company gets your credit card information they continue to ship and bill you monthly, and they make it difficult to get out of this situation. Last month I returned a bottle back to them with a RMA # within the 30 days and had to pay close to $15 CDN to ship it back with Canada Post. ***
I just received another bottle of Alpha Titan Testo in my mailbox a few days ago, and it won't stop unless I cancel and change my credit card number.

Desired Outcome

I want my credit card refunded. I want to return this last bottle of Alpha Titan Testo to them, and they can pay the shipping costs this time. I don't want to receive anymore of their products. I want them to delete my account and any other personal information of me that they may have stored in their database, and not share my information with anyone without my written consent.

I'm satisfied with the company's response to refund my money and cancel anymore unwanted products and monthly auto billing.

I've repeatedly asked them to quit sending, and billing for, their product.

Desired Outcome

Just quit sending me, and billing me, for a product I don't like, or use. It's frustrating when online companies get your info, and continually ship/bill items, that aren't ordered. ordered the product ONCE, and they continuing shipping & billing. Do I have to cancel my credit card, and maybe move to a different address?

internet user, unwittingly, subscribes to a VERY expensive subscription to this product, while the *** believes they are agreeing to a FREE TRIAL offer... plus postage and handling.

Once this has happened, and it happened to me, one must cancel one's Credit Card IMMEDIATELY and report it to the Credit Card Company. Stop your number. *** informed that would not be enough to stop it and I needed to call these numbers. I did. I demanded and got, I think, a refund.

I'm still waiting for a new Credit Card with a new number. These are the numbers *** told me I needed to call to tell them to stop any subscription in my name.

I have found a number of paid ad weblinks in searches since I got ***. There *** be a large number of people involved. The payments are in US dollars but the product says it comes from Box 1135, Downsview, Ontario, M3J 0R2

It is supposed to help men make more testosterone, naturally, as it were.
