I talked to them about the other guys that did it the first time and was told that they had subcontracted to another group. The roof looks great just like it should have the first time. We need to resolve this matter. We have reached out to the homeowner numerous times and no response. We have no record of the homeowner contacting us, I am curious on the number(s) she is trying to contact us atWe are requesting that the homeowner provide us with that informationThis could be where the miscommunication lies. Also, we are requesting that the homeowner provide the name of her sales representative she is/was working with. As far as not completing the work, the homeowner has been requested more than enough times to set a date and time with the electrician (who is friends with her mother) to come to her residence to complete his portion of the job and then we can schedule the drywaller to come and finish the last portion of the project. We would love nothing more than to complete this project for her. In regards to calling and setting up a time for the same day, is NOT how we operate. We prefer to set a time to be allowed in the homeowners residence. Our understanding is that the homeowner is wanting us to work outside our business hours. This may be another issue to the timeliness of her project getting complete. The roof was completed in a timely manner and with excellent workmanship, we just need to be able to get in the home

We have reviewed the complaint by the homeowner and this is the resolution. We have been to her residence to complete the chimney flashing workThe homeowner currently owes Vesel Contractors $for the . We spoke with our electrician, he stated that he has made numerous attempts to
schedule time with the homeowner to install the exhaust fan. The homeowner has not allowed time for our electrician to get in the residence to complete that project during his business hours. We can not move forward with the drywall repairs until the exhaust fan is installed. We are willing to finish the contracted work if she is willing to work with our electrician and drywallers to finish this project. If that is not an option the homeowner can pay Vesel Contractors for the work that has been done on the chimney and we can close the contract. Vesel Services 92nd Street Franksville, WI January 13, Vesel Services is extremely appreciative of the business that we received from the homeowner. We are aware of the extreme frustration that the homeowner is currently experiencing and we can share in that
frustration. We have done our best to get the replacement glass sash and the plastic stop that is cracked from the supply company and they are aware that we are anxiously awaiting the delivery. It currently is out of our control, once the materials arrive we will be diligent in taking care of this cracked window. Please do not assume that we have the materials and are ignoring the homeowner. We have informed the homeowner that the supplies have not arrived and we will notify him when it arrives. We also went through the holiday season during this time frame, when again things were out of our control. The supply company has deliveries only on Thursdays which landed on Christmas and New Year’s. That was also conveyed to the homeowner in conversations. Our sincere apologies, we will take care of this homeowners concerns once it is in our possession to replace the cracked window

We are currently working with the homeowner to rectify his complaint.  We have been in contact with the homeowner and we are working on getting his concerns on the schedule.

Ive tried for the last 9 months to get anyone to call me back from vessel to set up an appointment to come. The first few weeks they called in the morning and tried to come that afternoon without notice. I work during the day and have no one to meet them to let them in with that short of notice. I tried calling the last 6 months to try to set up an appointment. No calls were returned or any correspondace with me after the flashing was done.
