This email is in response to complaint ID# ***To date, we have resolved the issue with the customer by replacing the quartz countertop after the customer was unhappy with the initial installationWe have responded to the customer several times to schedule the repair and made several trips back to the customers home to do soThe customer was still not happy after attempts so we have since then replaced the countertop completely without any extra chargesWe did our absolute best to resolve any issues and have never left the customer unansweredWe simply asked that they be patient while we figure out the best solutionRegards,
