Element Heating & Air recently installed a new AC unit in our houseIt was a great experience all-around.When I scheduled the estimate, the tech was polite and accommodating and the supervisor were shadowing to make sure things were done correctlyHe was informative and explained the procedures and projects without being pushyWe felt very comfortable with the company after meeting with him.The installation went great as wellThe two installers were respectful, courteous and professionalThey kept my home debris free along the way There were a couple of unexpected issues that arose during the installation, but they were able to handle themWe would definitely recommend Element Heating & Air and they will be the first company we call for any AC/Furnace related issues
