located: *** *** *** *** *** *** ***. I would like to point out we never received a call, text nor a voice
mail from you, otherwise, we would have gotten a hold of you; as soon as
possibleFirst time hearing of the problem you have been dealing with was, on
November 6, 2016, which we replied next day after receiving the email send from
our website***, spoke with Mr.*** ***, explaining the situating and trying to
clear things up, in which Mr.***, mention what and where seem to be the
problem. *** pointed out that the leak
was coming from underneath the sink, do to the pipeline connection getting cut
too shortI apologize for the miscommunication, but the sink and garbage
disposal got installed by somebody else that doesn't work with Element
Interiors. Getting this cleared up, by explaining what is that we worked onI
