Element Massage

They did not call me the day before, then they charged me
I waited for a call from the manager before posting this:
So I scheduled massage with Elements massage a couple weeks ago with a gift cardThey said they would call me the day before to remind meI rescheduled my hair appointment last week for June 11th
Since I didn't get a on the 10th I figured it was next week
So I am sitting here with dye in my hair, and they call me and tell me I had an appt at I told her I did not get a confirmation call yesterday
She said she understands that but bc I DIDN'T CALL AND CANCEL they had to charge me anyway
So I said I have already paid you so just take that and I am never doing business with you again
I hung up
Then after I calmed down I called back and apologized fro being so rude to the chick and explaining that I did not receive any call from since May The chick I was talking said, "I made that call to you yesterday .Left a message with our hour cancella
