My initial order was placed on April 21, 2018. Shortly thereafter, the company contacted me and stated that portions of my order were not available and I indicated I would be willing to wait. By September 2018 I had not yet received my order at which time I still had not received my order. I contacted the company a first time requesting an update but did not receive a response within a couple of weeks. I sent a second request to which they responded there was an issue with a supplier but that it should be resolved within a month or two.
Around February 8, 2019 I sent an e-mail via the companies website and request my order be cancelled and receive a refund for the order. On February 19, 2019 I again contacted the business and requested a refund. To date I have not received a response about the cancellation of my order (which the website still says is in "processing" status as it has since it was placed).
