Oh be wearyBe VERY weary!!! Sit back and let me tell you a long worst Realtor story you've ever heard! I promise you its worth the readSo, I decide I want to buy a home, a DR Horton Home at thatA new build to be specificI called DHI mortgage and start the pre approval processI speak with a young lady name Jacki S*She asks me if I have a realtor and I didn'tShe refers me to her HUSBANDS company, Element RealtyShould have been my first warning sign as it is sorta like they are double dipping hereAnyway, I was assigned a realtor named Trish B***We went out ONE single day looking and my wife and I immediately find a new build we wantWe give our earnest money to MrsB*** to put down on the homeThis was on a saturdayI was supposed to come back on Monday and sign the contractWhen I showed up Monday, I noticed they had the wrong address and the wrong home on my contractOnce I said something, everyone get stone silentWell, it seems that MrsB*** put the WRONG address on the paper work that goes along with the earnest money and DR Horton SOLD my home on Sunday!!! Are you freaking kidding me??? So of course, my wife and I are angry and immediately start raising caneI started first with why my mortgage person is even recommending such an incompetent company to begin with Well, I she wasn'tAlmost immediately I get a call from the owner of Element Realty and he basically tells me in no uncertain terms that I best stop raising so much cane because his wife was getting in trouble and if I did he personally knows some of the big wigs within DR HORTON out of Dallas on a first name basis and that he would see to it that my loan didnt go throughI was floored! Anyway, I didnt stop raising caneI mean because of their mistake, it COST ME MY HOME!!! days later I get another call from himI let it go to VM and I call him back so this time I could record the conversationLuckily enough for me, he repeated the same threats and this time I caught it all on recording!!! The Texas State Realtor Commission now has that recordingOh, I forgot to mention on how they were a no call no show to my walk though, min late for my contract signing and yeahjust the worlds WORST realty company here folksMany a sleepless nights they caused me and if you are smart, you'll RUN, not walk, RUN the other way!!!
