Review: I am a full time dad, that works full-time in a hospital that also goes to nursing school. I needed a backpack that was big enough that carried all of my junk, but was durable enough to with stand a couple years worth of use. My wife found the Element Mojave. This bag when given to me had a tag of warranty. Now after a few months and a decent amount of money spent one of the plastic buckles that hold the shoulder strap together decided to completely breakdown now only leaving me with one useable shoulder strap. I have left many messages and sent many email in an attempt to try an resolve this issue. But Element has decided to brush the small customer aside and ignore my calls and emails, so this is my last resort effort.Desired Settlement: I would like an exchange for my bag, I would for my bag to be repaired, due to my schedule I can not be left without a bag so this option would not be a feasible one. I would be more than willing to send my old bag back to Element...after I receive an exchange.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
