We received a letter from Revdex.com regarding wheels that may be out of round.  I must reassure you that we did not and are not aware of any way to block emails from customers.  It is uncommon for wheels to be out of round, but once in a while it does happen.  Having 4...

Review: On March 4, 2015, I placed an order over the phone with Pete at ELEMENTWHEELS.COM. I asked for (2) 19X8.5 RODERICK RW1 RULETA BLACK/MACHINED (CHROME STAINLESS STEEL LIP) WITH A 25MM OFFSET. I was promised a delivery date of 3/6/15 with a grace period of a few days up to a week. Now, at this moment my car was not drivable because one of my original wheels was damaged, so I was really depending on the delivery of the wheels. After numerous calls via phone and chat, I finally received my wheels almost a month later. When I initially opened the package, there were two smaller boxes inside of a bigger box. Each of the smaller boxes was one wheel each. I proceeded to open the two boxes to inspect the wheels and I noticed some minor scuff marks and that the wheels did not match the pictures of the wheels that I originally asked for. I immediately contacted Pete via phone and told him about the situation. He told me to send him some pictures and that he could take them back for a refund if that is what I wanted. On April 10, 2015, I sent an official email providing pictures and requesting an RGA for a full refund. Pete forwarded my email to his supplier MMR and when they responded, he forwarded that email to me were the supplier is refusing to accept a return on these wheels stating that they will not accept a return because these are custom wheels. Now, while I do understand that these are custom "OFFSET" wheels, they still do not match the pictures on ELEMENTWHEELS.COM's online catalog. The offset of the wheels seems to be correct, but the face of wheel DOES NOT MATCH the picture on the catalog. This is like me ordering a pair of BLUE jeans size 30X32 and receiving a pair of BLACK jeans that are 30X32. Just because the custom part is correct, doesn't male the whole product is correct. Because of this inconvenience, I had to pay to have my original damaged wheel repaired so that I could get my car back on the road, so I no longer need these wheels. I do not want replacement wheels. I have supplied ELEMENTWHEELS with pictures and enough proof of my claim. After having contacted Pete at ELEMENTWHEELS, he refused to take any further action and stopped responding to my emails and chat conversations. I asked Pete to have his management contact me and gave them a week of time, but I have yet to be contacted.

By the way, I can supply copies of my emails, chat transcripts, and pictures upon request.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund in the amount of $640.00 USD. I understand that ELEMENTWHEELS.COM's return policy states that there may be a restocking fee, but I really feel that I should not have to pay a restocking fee is the problem was not my fault.

I ordered a wheel package online from these guys and paid through [redacted]. I received a phone call about 15 mins. later from Justin informing me that they didn't have the wheels I ordered in stock and that they were backordered with no ETA. He recommended that I check out there website again and see if I find something else. I did and was unsuccessful so I informed Justin and my money was refunded back into my [redacted] account within a few hours. My phone was answered and my messages were returned promptly. Very professional, positive experience. Even though I did not purchase anything I still wanted to share my experience. Also I called the manufacturer of the rims I was interested in [redacted] and they recommended these guys.

Review: I order new aftermarket rims and tires from Element Wheels, and at that time sales answered all my questions via email ([redacted]). I received the rims and tires in April of 2013. Ever since installation I have had a vibration over 55 mph. I went and had the front wheels road forced balanced. Same vibration existed. I only use these rims in the summer so in the fall I put my stock wheels back on the vehicle and is was perfectly smooth. So I sent them an email in November of 2013, no response, the same email I had used before and their current listed email. So this spring I had the rear wheels road forced balanced and installed, vibrations still there. So now I take the vehicle into the same shop that I was using before and they test drove it and re balanced all the wheels and tires when they discovered the source of the vibrations. Every wheel (not the tire) is out of round (meaning they are defective). I would not have believed it until I seen it myself on the road balancer. If you have question considering this you can contact [redacted] at [redacted] in [redacted]. These wheels have only approximately 7000 miles on them and have never hit a pot hole or curb and are in brand new condition. So after I found out all my brand new wheels were out of round I was furious. I settled down over the weekend and them emailed them about the problem requesting replacement wheels or a refund, no response, I tried another email and this is the message I received "Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address. <[redacted]>: Mail server for "[redacted]" unreachable for too long". I then sent an email to [redacted]. They responded saying "By chance are you using hub centering rings when your wheels are being installed?". To which I responded as follows: "The rims came with front hub centric rings but that is not the problem, each rim is out of round." I then sent a second email to [redacted] stating they can contact [redacted] at [redacted] in [redacted]. I get the same message that the email was undeliverable. So clearly they blocked me and do not want to help me with their defective product.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund (who is to say the replacement wheels won't be defective as well) and an apology for ignoring my correspondence and blocking me.

Review: Ordered wheels for 2012 Acura TSX special edtion and was sent the incorrect bolt pattern. The wheels do not fit this car as the bolt pattern sent to me was a 5x112 bolt pattern. Acura TSX bolt pattern is 5X114.3. This was verified by my mechanic at autornd.com, who can verify this and also provide a photo taken of the wheel bolt pattern with a PCD gauge which measures wheels bolt patterns. Wheels were sent back to elementwheels. I was and have not been contacted by any members of this business. I've had to make all calls and follow up on wheels. I spoke to a service rep on wed july 1 and inquired about wheels. This person with whom i've been calling since the start of all of this didn't seem to know the wheels were even there. I asked if a measurement had been taken by them, as they told me they needed to verify the bolt pattern and I was put on hold for about 10min. The sales rep then informed me that the measurement from their PCD gauge was "almost at 5x114.3"......What is almost??? The difference between a 5x112 bolt pattern and a 5X114.3 is only 2mm. I'm filing this claim as Element wheels has not dealt with me in good faith. The product sent will not work on my car because of an incorrect bolt pattern.Desired Settlement: refund

Great place. The guys there are very knowledgeable and aren't selling u BS. The shop has a showcase of wheels u can look at and they can help u order what u want if its not there. If you need hub rings, lugs, lug locks, tpms or just the tire - they've got u covered! Call or stop by, u won't be sorry!!
