Review: [redacted] and [redacted] who own for Elements Concrete Construction LLC signed a contract with me to perform the following tasks.1. Pour Slab in the basement2. Pour Slab in the garage3. Build rear stairs with retention wall for the walk out basement.4. Build Front Porch foundation and wall.5. Grade area around the house foundation where water accumulates.6. Build 8 Posts for the deck.Payment schedule was as follows:1. $1,000 as advance.2. $8,500 on 1st pour.3. $7,000 on completion of basement slab.4. $2,500 on completion of all the remaining work.As per the contract the 3 payments were made to the total of $16,500.Following tasks have not been completed and they are not answering the phone anymore:1. Build rear stairs with retention wall for the walk out basement.2. Build Front Porch foundation and wall.3. Grade area around the house foundation where water accumulates.4. Build 8 Posts for the deck.Also, the basement has NOT been poured appropriately. All the water from the outside is in the basement and now it needs a lot of work. In order to fix all this now I need to spend the following:1. Rip the basement slab.2. Pour the basement again3. Clean up of the basement4. Build rear stairs with retention wall for the walk out basement.5. Build Front Porch foundation and wall.6. Grade area around the house foundation.All this work will now cost me $100,000 and [redacted] and Elements Concrete and Construction to pay this amount ASAP!Desired Settlement: the basement has NOT been poured appropriately. All the water from the outside is in the basement and now it needs a lot of work. In order to fix all this now I need to spend the following:1. Rip the basement slab.2. Pour the basement again3. Clean up of the basement4. Build rear stairs with retention wall for the walk out basement.5. Build Front Porch foundation and wall.6. Grade area around the house foundation.All this work will now cost me $100,000 and [redacted] and Elements Concrete and Construction to pay this amount ASAP!
