I am rejecting this response because:
They did not offer anythingThe reason we did not notify them before is because it was a slow leak that happened over time because they did not install the toilet correctlyI stated in my earlier email what the plumber said about the toilet being installed incorrectlyI expect a new toilet to last more than two years. We had to pay the plumber and repair the drywall in our ceiling because they installed the toilet incorrectly
