I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Management states that I has service from Dec - Mar however left out several dates where I was billed in Jan, Feb, March in the amount of $membership rate, I will call Revdex.com in the morning for some rea*** your website will not upload my file I've been trying to upload them all day.Management states that she's constantly had to compensate me because I wasn't able to satisfy which is not true, I sent a *** from my church to the facility and he was delayed 45min after his massage that I had paid for in advanced and for some rea*** the receptionist couldn't figure out how to find the payment, he has agreed to witness to this, my guess had to call me out of a meeting to speak with Elements, this was the time *** the manager called me and apologized for the enconvience and offered september service free. I sent my supervisor who also has agreed to witness the issue with Elements as I sent her as a guest and they said she and myself wasn't scheduled and *** again apologized and offered my supervisor and myself a 30min massage as a compensation for our inconvience.*** stts that I was never a member, however this facility was referred by a member who brought me n as a guest and witness me signing up for the membership and was given a cup inside an elements bag upon completion and actually have the enrollment doc... No this is not settled until an apology is given to post for public view, I'm a public figure, yes I felt discriminated against as my *** witness how the ladies which were caucasian speaking in a loud tone to me and immediately lowered there tone when another lady of their same race came in and spoke very politely, people walked past and even entered that knew and was just upset with the company quetioning my proven integrity, this treatment was unexcusable, I've sent many people as paid guest to mention my Supervisor, ***, pastor and first lady and for some rea***, we had billing issues and left feeling as we're to blame, and then days later a call from management apologizing, I request the $back from the last over charge which the company posted in their own words and an apology

February 8, 2018This is in response to the issues brought up by *** *** in her response (ID: ***) on 12/27/Client was a Member of our Wellness Program from 11/9/- 2/28/2017, but Ms*** termed her membership because she said she was unhappy with her last Massage and stated she did not want to return to our facility. Ms*** did return to our facility and received free upgrade or services on the following dates:08/19/- free aromatherapy upgrade (value $10.00) 09/16/- free minute massage (value $130.00)12/23/- free minute massage (value $130.00) Ms*** did send her *** to visit us and there was an issue with payment. This was a human error caused by a staff person accidentally entering a bad credit card number which made the payment fail after the service was overThe *** refused to leave until we were able to reach Ms*** with an updated credit card number even though we told him he could leaveWe tried to reach her several times which resulted in her stepping out of a meeting and providing us the credit card number again. Ms*** was charged the full, non-member rate on 11/11/because wasn't a Wellness Program Member at that time. Ms*** has once again alleged that she was discriminated against by our "Caucasian" staff which did not occur. We treat all Clients (members or non-members) the same and with respect and pricing is tied to a set pricing schedule. Ms*** was not treated differently than any other person and was charged appropriately for the services she received despite her berating our staff in the lobby for nearly an hour. There does not seem to be a reason to refund Ms*** for her $from the 11/11/unless she can produce something that shows our system is incorrect about her membership and we waived the fee for the service on 12/23/2017. We sincerely hope that Ms*** can find a massage provider that is more to her liking because we clearly are not able to meet her needs.
