Elements Photography

We had contracted Elements Photography for wedding photos back in December 2014. To date (31 October 2017), the services and products that have been already paid for and agreed upon on a written and signed contract have not been completed and delivered. The business has since been discontinued and we are still waiting for our product to be completed. Every attempt to connect with the owner has been met with an extended waiting period, minimal response, the experience of 'starting over again' as she has to reconnect and remember what else needs to be completed with the project. She informed us during one exchange that her graphic designer that was part of her team at the time of signing has since left and she is in search of another. When met with zero response, we've had to resort to find alternate routes to contact the owner, for example via Instagram. Here, we see that the business owner is consistent with regular photos posted of her present travels, while we wait. As far as we're aware, her current business is an art gallery called E Gallery located at ***. In frustration from lack of communication, we have visited this gallery within business hours and even there, she was unavailable.

We are owed the remainder of our photo package from our wedding day, which is 3 years ago this coming December 2017. We are unsettled by the departing of her initial graphic designer and how this will affect the quality of the products that we have already paid for. We as newlyweds have not been able to properly reminisce on our special day or even place the photos in our new home. Our friends and family have been waiting for this along with us and to date, there is no movement, just severe disappointment.
