I think it is critically important to first provide some broad context here before addressing a couple of individual items contained in Ms***
communication
Ms***’s residence is owned by her stepfather, Mr*** “***” ***, who also owns *** *** ***, ***, CO *** which is next door to my personal residenceThis salient fact was omitted from Ms. *** complaint as it might likely lead any reader to question whether Ms.*** was induced by her step father to author such a screed as an extension of his now well -known whisper campaign to discredit the *** *** Board of Directors, its Agent, Elements Recovery, and Element Recovery’s undersigned Principal, his former next door neighbor! In fact, there is unanimous consensus among the individuals smeared by this posting that Mr*** was himself the likely author
In any event, I have raised the issue concerning the motivation of the author(s) of the RevDex.com complaint simply because the complaint is chock-full of misstatements that Ms***/ Mr*** certainly know to be patently false. Such knowledge stems from Mr***'s direct involvement as a former Board Member through January 10, 2014. Ms***/ Mr***’s duplicity is fully revealed at the suggestion that the Board hired Elements, a 'dis-reputable company', and that Board members have resigned due to the company's "blatant disregard for the homeowners concerns"Indeed, it may surprise the homeowners to learn that Mr*** was primarily responsible for the Board's consideration of Elements Recovery for its present position! The accusation that Elements has not worked diligently to handle all hail damage repairs- "they are not even 50% done and it has been months" is not supported by the factsAs a former Board member, Mr*** is fully aware of the fact that Elements Recovery's present authority is limited to the emergency repairs agreed to by the Insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance CompanyThe completion of all non-emergency repairs will begin upon completion of an agreed scope of work and as weather permitsThis product will be finalized by a professional third-party Public Adjuster hired by the Board to avail itself of the full rights afforded under the Hail & Wind PolicyMr*** also certainly knows that Elements Recovery neither “owns” nor is “directly involved with All *** *** Company.” The simple fact is that Elements Recovery was referred to *** *** *** Company from various unimpeachable members of the *** *** Community who had no motivation to promote the company other than its well-earned good reputationMention is made by Ms***/ Mr*** that injuries sustained by family members due to ice buildup on the porch and icicles falling from the roofAside from the fact that ice buildup on the porch is the responsibility of each unit owner, the Board takes seriously the specter of personal injuries and is concerned that it was NOT immediately notified of any such bodily injury reports Elements Recovery will endeavor to learn more about the alleged injuries referred toElements will check with the police and fire rescue departments to establish whether any reports of such incidents existIt is curious that the same gutter system in question is shared by another Board Member who knows of no issues with the gutter that would require any repair or modification
