The information provided is completely false These customers simply do not want to listen to our clearly stated policies and agreed to our membership program to get over 30% discount.First they suspended their account to "catch up" sessions - see attachment June/July/August in ***so they clearly understand how to manage the membership policies.Next, in they failed membership agreement March and I actually refunded April upon receipt of April Termination form.Our membership program has signed agreements which clearly state a ***day cancellation policy [redacted] Once a membership has been cancelled all the sessions in the account are to be used within day window.We extended the day window to monthsThis was explained in person and also in writing - see email attachment Then we allowed them to continue using sessions until August 2016.They have demanded more time when we have already extended months They have demanded that they are special because they are "too busy" It was clearly explained verbally and in writing.Furthermore the claim that monies are owed are completely inaccurate - all sales are final This is a nationwide franchise with very clear rules and policies to enforce Finally, this customer was actually granted every opportunity to use their sessions way beyond the day window from April until August.Had we decided to be tough on following the agreements - they would have lost all sessions in April 31st As it was - we clearly tried to accomodate them and they are not willing to accept any responsibility for their own behavior.They have been rude, argumentative, insulting and will not honor their signed membership forms nor admit to ever receiving email
