All of the above. I have tried many times via telephone, fax, email and phone calls and have not gotten any one in management to response.

The following is our response to ID [redacted]:

[redacted] was a guest at the Holiday Inn [redacted] on April 23, 2014.  [redacted] reservation was booked under the [redacted] employee rate, however he was not employed at any [redacted] Hotels at the time of booking. 
[redacted] approached the night auditor asking directions to the emergency room in the [redacted] area as he claimed he had been bitten by something in the groin area and wanted to seek medical treatment. 
Once the bed bug incident was reported to the hotel manager, [redacted] called [redacted] Service, the hotel’s contracted pest control company, and asked for a bed bug inspection for room [redacted] which was occupied by [redacted].  [redacted] Services arrived at the hotel on April 24, 2014 at 12:50 PM to inspect the room.  As stated on the attached inspection report, there was no bed bug activity found at the time of inspection. 
We spoke to [redacted] via phone and email and he never stated what he is looking for or what type of follow up he would like to receive.  We are unsure of [redacted] calls or complaints to the Revdex.com.
