Pure Garbage response from Steven Vasquez. Elephant auto group advertises that all you
need is a job, utility payment receipts and down payment to be approved for a auto loanonce at the business this is nothing but a way to get people in the doorNo business has the right to jack up prices dollars from an internet price or to say a customer is approved, then given monthly terms and payment information but not disclose an interest rate, then turnaround and say my application is not approved the very next day because I questioned the price of the vehicle and were given worse terms...Vasquez did not have the courtesy to call me, he only sent a email response, when I called him, he seemed disinterested in hearing about his company business practises...only wanted to say his company treatment was justified because of a credit scoreso lying and not disclosing interest rates seems to be good business practise to this director of operations, speaks volumes about this company...I expect Vasquez to call and offer a sincere apology for his company business practises and to input professional sales systems at his company.
