The document sent by [redacted] was not signed by only the representative of our company but by [redacted] himself. Why did he sign if he feels the information thereof was not right. We invite him to come to the office to amend any information he feels he did not provide. He just filed in February 2017. He got plenty of time to amend. Our doors are open. Our fee is still the same, either he get a refund or pay back.Why is he so much interested in the fee he paid than core issue. Thank you.
We have gone through our records but unfortunately we couldn't locate Mr. [redacted]'s file. We have similar names though but in order to assist him well, we are appealing to Mr. [redacted] to call us to discuss any problem he may have.
