ELEPHANT THAI RESTURANT

Review: This is regarding the Elephant Thai location at Short Pump ( [redacted]). I was not able to select this location under the business name, but both locations are run by the same owner. My co-worker and I ordered food from them this evening around 7:30 PM. When the food was delivered, the delivery person ([redacted] is her name) did not give correct change and stated that she did not have enough money to give back the correct amount. When she was asked for the whole change back, she rudely inquired if a tip was not going to be left for her. She forcefully took a tip of $3 by not returning the correct change. She then rudely texted us after leaving (without us contacting her) stating the following:

Text 1 8:07 PM:"What is wrong with out services? Because every time we came you guy don't tip us?"

(No response from us)

Text 2 8:07 PM: "Or just don't really appreciate us?"

(No response from us)

Text 3 8:18 PM: "So if you're not appreciate our service. Then we have a reason to not doing delivery to you next time. Thank you have a good day."

We did not respond to any of these rude and unwarranted messages. We also have screen shots of the messages if needed. Both my co-worker and I have ordered from Elephant Thai multiple times and always tipped. In addition, we are regular dine-in customers at Elephant Thai and we find the behavior of this employee unacceptable.Desired Settlement: We would like for the delivery driver to be reprimanded and for the manager to contact us with an apology as well as complimentary food.
