I am rejecting this response because I have tried repeatedly to have my vehicle repaired in a timely manner, it wasn't, I moved, Ken Batchelor told me to go get estimates and I did, the cost of the material is not of any value to me, the labor that it takes to repair the car cost more, nobody was authorized to determine the cash value of my repair, I have several emails that I can cut and paste into this message as well, I haven't had one person attempt to make this right, I purchased a car because of the blackout package and there is also parts missing I'm trying to recover from Ken Batchelor to re-install on my car, the paint work that was completed also needs to be redone

We called Mr*** *** to let him know we'd pay for the repair of his windshield. The windshield company, ***, was to go to his home or business to replace the windshield and would bill us. This should already be resolved

completely agree that Ken Batchelor Cadillac and I should never do business (but I agree for different reasons), I shudder to think that they try to pull fast ones on other people who won't stand up for themselvesPeople must know to be careful when dealing with the used car sales department at Ken Batchelor Cadillac.I purchased a brand new car elsewhere a week after this experience, but without experiencing the same problems that I did at BatchelorThis indicates that I am not unreasonable as Ken Batchelor Cadillac claimsThis other dealership was polite, respectful, and did not try to sell a defective product and make me pay to fix it

Mr***, We apologize for any misunderstanding on our part. We have e-mails between you and one of our associates dating December 2nd, 4th and 5th addressing your concern. The December 5th e-mail to our associate states the following: "Yeah that would work, my only concern is finding a
place that will be able to match the existing wrap, I don't know if it's a common wrap or whatever, you know? But yeah I don't want to put it on and it just mess up, we need to do it the right way. I apologize that you got handed this mess to figure out." These are your exact words letting us know that you would take it to have done elsewhere since you were moving and did not want to wait for the paint to cure for days so that we could do the warp at Ken Batchelor Cadillac. The paint needs to cure for days before we can wrap a vehicle and you were very understanding of wanting to do it the right way. The refund you received from us (you cashed the check) was due to overpayment by USAA on two of the claims -one claim for front bumper and one for the rear bumper. The overpayment has nothing to do with a settlement only a refund on overpayment from USAA. Our associate contacted USAA and they are aware that we have refunded you the money. USAA also stated that if you'll have the dealership or place of business where you will have the car wrapped send them a repair order, estimate or invoice they will gladly pay to have the bumper wrapped. They will take into account that you have received a refund for the $361.50; the warp will cost more than that and USAA is well aware. Please let me know if you have any further questions. I tried to call you but all phone numbers we have for you are no longer in service. We appreciate you being our customer. Thank you,
