Money lost for product sold from fake site on instagram. I reported the site on Instagram and now the site is set to private. I tried to contact the email with no response. My funds were already pulled from my accouunt.

The accusations made by you are entirely false. Your order was refunded the same day you requested cancellation. We have also attached screenshot with your order number. If you do not see this refund reflected on your statement. Contact your card or bank to find out why as we can only refund or accept payments. We do not control anything else. The refund is issues by stripe processing. Once again we never blocked or went private, your order and email were answered and refunded.
