information we reviewed, we believe that this loan was originated by *** ***Again, we invite him to submit an identity theft
claim if he is asserting that the loan was originated fraudulently by another

I am rejecting this response because: this has been going on for quite some timeI have made multiple request for this information and the business never responded or sent me anythingNow that I have made a complaint to the Revdex.com and the CFPB they are attempting to respondThere are multiple complaints on the internet and many consumer reporting sites about this same thing and how this business operates when it comes to its collection practices and customer serviceI am sure their are violations under the FDCPA, FCRA, and the Privacy ActI will be seeking legal action against this company and I need help getting the documentation I requested so I can turn it over to my attorney.

We are in receipt of the referenced consumer complaint, and appreciate the opportunity to respond. According to our records, we received a loan application from [redacted] on 8/17/2017. The application was declined, so no loan was issued. As disclosed in our Terms and Conditions,...

[redacted] does make inquiries concerning credit history and standing. When [redacted] submitted his application, he indicated his agreement to our Terms and Conditions, which state “you authorize [redacted] and its authorized representatives to obtain information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies and other sources.” Further, this credit inquiry was made in relation to an application for credit, which is a permissible purpose according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. If [redacted] is alleging that this application was submitted fraudulently by someone else using his personal information, he may submit an identity theft claim to: [redacted].
