This is in reference to [redacted] ***’s statementFirst of all I would like to clarify several discrepancies in her complaint, the lightener was not pulled through all the way to her ends the lightener was put only on her outgrowth, it had to be re-lightened and dried before applying the blue tone , so yes it is two full processes, and very time consuming as the stylist has to go back through and apply the blue tone to only the re-lightened pieces Why she thinks the lightener was pulled through to the ends confuses me since she stated could only see the top of her head, if the lightener in the foils would have been pulled through to the ends she would have definitely seen long panels of foil since her hair was past the middle of her backAs far as her ear and neck itching, this is the first time I’ve heard this story ,the lightener never came in contact with her ears, the stylist did not re-lighten her side panels or put the blue tone on the sides eitherI was at the salon the entire time but in the treatment room with a client, I think she is confusing us with a beauty school when she said that “no one checked on us” , not sure what she means by thatI finished my client about the same time that [redacted] finished with [redacted] , which [redacted] made the comment that she loved her hair and that I needed to give [redacted] a raise and a bonus car (jokingly), but she was very satisfied with her hair, in fact we were trying to close up for the day and she kept lingering around the salon , bought product and talking to us, I was under the assumption that she was waiting for a ride, but [redacted] told me that her boyfriend had come in beforehand and paid and that she wasn’t waiting on himWhen [redacted] called the first time early in the A.Mon Friday the 2nd and told me about her ends being green and that she had an event the next day(Saturday) I called her back at 9:am, I got her voicemail, I told her we wanted to get her in before her event, and that we could see her that day (Friday) to look at her hair and make any adjustments , she never called back that dayShe seems to like to call outside of business hours and leave messages for some reason, she then called and left a message , My receptionist called to set up a time for her to come in and talked to her boyfriend and was told [redacted] was sleeping and would be awake around 3:in the afternoon, so we asked for her to call us when she woke up, once again a message was left by her outside of business hoursWhen I finally did talk to [redacted] , I set up an appointment for her to see me, I explained to her that until I actually see her hair, (not a picture) that I wasn’t sure what needed to be done, I booked out a hour appointment for her( we have a hr cancellation policy) min before her appointment she called to cancel it saying she was sick, I offered her another time two days later, she didn’t want that time either, at this point it is during one of our busiest times the week before Christmas, I told her I was running out of options for getting her in with myself before the holidays, she said she understood that it was a busy time , I told her if I had a cancellation that week I would call herI did not charge her for the cancelled appointment with meWe still have not seen her hair, nor has she come in to pick up her deep treatment that was offered to herAlso, her service price was $167.20, the rest of the cost was a product she bought for her boyfriendShe also has blasted our salon on several social media sites with these inaccuracies in her name and other alias and her friendsI feel we have tried unsuccessfully to reason and accommodate her Our next step is legal action if she continues with the lies on social media Thank you, [redacted]
