Scamming people
After paying the last months rent on the 1st of the month, I turned the keys in with 26 days left. At the time when we moved in the carpet was old with stains (I have pictures) but they are charging me to replace it. I'm taking them to court if the charges don't drop. Worst apartment I have ever lived in.

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/23) */ Mr***, thank you for contacting usWe take all resident communication seriously and we have looked into this situation in detailAccording to our records, you were able to speak with the leasing office during the week of July 6th, on Monday July 13th, and Wednesday July 15thAs such, we respectfully disagree with your statement that you have not been able to reach the office and that we have been unresponsiveDuring these conversations, our staff advised you of our notice policy, which is also detailed in your lease agreementThe notice policy states that for month to month leases, notice must be received on or before the 1st of the month for vacating on or before the last day of the monthWe are not able to meet your desired resolution Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/07/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) If you look at my records I never signed a month to month agreementI was informed I needed to but it was never sent to meThus according to my attorney if you try and charge me for the full month or send me to collections I have the right to sue and I will do so Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/07/27) */ Mr***, Per the language included in your lease renewal offer, "If this form is not returned before 10/31/2014, your lease will automatically renew on a month to month basis at the rate listed below." The lease renewal offer is attached The Notice of Intent to Vacate section of your original lease also outlined the requirements to vacate your apartment"For month-to-month tenancy, only a 30-day written notice is requiredHowever, that notice still must be given on or before the first of the month for vacating on or before the last day of the month." According to our records, you spoke with our staff on 7/6/15, 7/13/and 7/15/15, where the process to terminate your lease was outlinedBecause your written notice was not provided prior to the first of the month, your vacate date is set for 8/31/

***, We received your complaint submitted to the Revdex.com regarding charges applied to your account at *** *** Apartments. I have spoke with both Lindsey and Caryn and reviewed the Lease Termination document and the signed payment agreement you made with LindseyOur lease termination
policy requires payment of the lease break fee equal to months rent along with payment of any concession received at move-in. It was an oversight on our part that the $for the repayment of the concession was not included in that payment plan. Since it was an oversight on our part and a payment arrangement was made with a different amount, we will be removing the additional $for the charge effective immediately and the amount noted on the payment agreement will be honored. We sincerely apologize for the error and sorry for any inconvenience this has caused

Revdex.com:

Ms***,
I sincerely apologize for any unpleasant interactions you had during your time as a resident of *** *** We strive to provide everyone a positive experience, whether they are a guest or a resident

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/09/24) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Sorry, but I do not accept this response because again these pictures do not represent the condition I left the apartment in
Image of the bathtub there was not a metal runner for a bathtub door in the apartment that I was inThere were hooks
Image is a picture of a different bathtub I did not have bathrooms in my apartmentThis just shows you have different apartments right thereCan you please explain why you have picture of two different bathtubs?
Image No idea what that picture is even of
The other images are bogus and make no sense why Why would I leave one wrapper on the floor
As I expressed before I strongly feel my apartment was tampered or purposely took pictures of different of apartments to get the $cleaning feeI mean why not they all look the same and its always going to be the tenants word against the company's wordIt is very disappointing to me

I am rejecting this response because:
I gave my complete and new address to both Jessica via phone and Cassandra at the officeThey claim they mailed a total of checksI only got They say it is due to staff turnover but the old staff says she properly notes in the system what I was to get back

Ms***, Prior to receiving this complaint filed with the Revdex.com, you told our on-site property manager that you had an attorney who would be representing you regarding any issues you have with our propertyAs such, we will not be responding directly to any communications
regarding your concernsAll communication will go through legal representationBest, Jessica *** |Marketing Manager | Elevate Living ###-###-#### | *** *** *** ** Wayzata, MN

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/12/17) */
Ms ***,
The day notice required to vacate an apartment is a policy that we enforce with each resident, at all of our propertiesBoth the lease you signed, and the lease renewal offer you received in October, outlined this
requirement
We spoke to you on December regarding this issue, and again on December when you came into the officeWe are eager to help you in any way we can, but these dates were already past the deadline for the day notice, so there is a limitation to what we can do
We do understand your frustration and want to help you however we canYour deposit can be applied to the amount owed, and we would be happy to assist in setting up a payment plan to help with the remainder

All photos provided were taken in your unit, immediately following move outBoth the property manager and a maintenance technician were present to document the damage and level of cleanlinessWhile we understand your frustration, it is important that we fairly enforce all policies so no resident is treated unfairlyAs such, we cannot waive the charges incurred due to the state the apartment was left in

I am rejecting this response because:
I paid by money order, which is CASH, so there was absolutely NO reason "to have to wait a few days for the check to clear the bank"They stated in the response that they received the application on 3/28/17, the same day as the CASH money order, the same day the application was declined, so even if "they waited a few days for the CASH money order to clear the bank", an honest and reputable business would have issued the refund then, on 3/31/17, not that a few days was required because they received CASH, which they have kept, without providing any service, or so much as an apology for the extensive effort I had to make to elicit a response from themTheir response was received on 4/6/17, in which they said they "sent the check in the mail yesterday, 4/6/17', (yesterday would have been 4/5/17) Even if the check was sent on 4/6/17, it would have been received by today, I confirmed this with my local Post Office Their office is in the next state, miles from meI have relatives in northern MN and letters never take more than days; if the check was sent Wednesday, like they said, I would have received it This companies practices are clearly deceitful and unethical I have every reason to believe if they did send a check they would cancel payment on it I will not accept anything less than cash in my hand at this pointI should be able to walk into the leasing office at their Alexis at Perry Point property in Davenport, IA and get my refund of $in CASH, the money order was written to Alexis at Perry PointThe company has not returned multiple phone calls, and wouldnt answer the phone when I called with my personal phone Yet more example of their deceptive and dishonest tactics I have never been so happy to have an application declined, I can only imagine what grief their tenants face when locked to such schemes and practices by their lease

Mr***, thank you for contacting usWe take all resident communication seriously and we have looked into this situation in detailWe apologize for any misunderstanding that took place regarding your military ordersWith regards to the

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/06/01) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The actions taken by Tregaron Oaks Apartments, on behalf of Elevate Property Management, are contrary to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act of 2003, U.S.CAppendix, Section Compounding the issue is fraudulent charges by Tregaron Oaks, whose request on my part for an explanation with photos of the alleged damages have been ignoredIf Elevate Property Management will not take this matter seriously, then I am forced to address it with the Department of Justice, who takes misconduct directed against US military servicemembers extremely seriously

Ms***, it is our understanding that all maintenance concerns you reported have been fully addressed and repairs are completedIf you have any outstanding issues or further concerns, please let us know and we will be happy to address them
