Sorry for the delay in responding to this complaint, I did not receive it for some reason until today Although we have responded to the customer on November 28, Mr *** was frustrated because he couldn't get a hold of our office Our phone system was having problems and
the voicemail box was full and didn't allow him to leave new messages This was because we were merging two systems of responding to voicemails and they didn't sync therefore although we were responding to voicemails they weren't being deleted from our account We have since fixed this issue We also talked to Mr *** and explained this problem, and as far as I am aware it has been resolved with him We refunded him the $and also he switched his account to a twice a year service instead of quarterly ThanksAndrew I***
