I was referred to Elevate by a neighbor that had his roof replaced. He thought highly of his work so I called them. I had the entire roof torn down and replaced. The work was done quickly and appeared great. I had a small leak that occurred on my flat top patio portion and they came and fix. No other problems. Then I had a leak from a roof vent that I was told attaches to my stove vent. They came and suppose to have fix this problem. No some time has past but as of 10/30/19 the same spot in my kitchen is leaking. I have call their service number daily, left messages. Sent email to the business. Sent a FaceBook message to the owner, Jon R. It now seems that since I am not a paying customer that won't be handing over a large sum of money, they DO NOT CALL BACK!!!!!! I am very disappointed. My warranty is still in effect but at this point I do not want to deal with a company that unless you are a new customer can not get any service. I would have been willing to pay for the repairs but now I'm going to call another company that is willing to call me back.

Avoid! Disappointed. I moved from Raleigh to the Rocky Mount area one year ago. As a fellow small business owner, I like to hire other small businesses when I can. I hired Elevate Roofing to replace the roof of my home. The quality of craftsmanship is poor and sloppy. They damaged several of my screen windows and crushed two of my gutters. I made them redo the flashing on the front of the house as they smeared black caulk all over the metal flashing. It took me 3 months of following up to get them to replace the screen windows they damaged. It took nearly a year of me following up to get my gutters replaced that they damaged. I was told repeatedly that we were waiting for approval from the owner, Jonathan R. Good luck getting a timely response from Jonathan. I left 4 messages for him over a 5 day period and never received a return call. I was finally able to get his cell phone number and his voicemail was full. I have also had several leaks in the flashing around my chimney. Two different employees have come look at the flashing and put additional caulk but the leaking continues. When I reached out to Jonathan R with my concerns, I received no response from him. When I spoke with another employee I was told that it might be a couple weeks or more before anyone could come replace the flashing. I was told that they've become very busy in the last month. It's become very obvious that the company's primary focus is only on landing new customers. Once they've been paid, good luck getting a timely response from them. The most frustrating part is the lack of concern from the owner, Jonathan R. His eagerness to expand his business in other states like South Carolina and Florida has resulted in poor management of the business and poor quality work. I'm a patient person and gave them almost a year to correct the problems they created. This is the first time I've ever written a review of a business as I like to give most folks the benefit of the doubt. I hope this review helps other potential customers avoid the mistake of hiring Elevate Roofing.
