Im not sure I understand this womans complaintWe NEVER garantee foot traffic or any attendence our events are FREE to attendThis claim is bogus and its pathetic she has no fans or ppl to support her and wants to blame my marketing effortsThe gallery change was out of my controlFact of the matter is her art is complete trash and should be happy we even allowed her to be apart of the event

If the event was a scam I would have not spend several thousand dollars renting the venue I would have taken the money and there would have been no event whatsoeverFurthermore I provided the flyer with her logo and links and screen shots to advertising that she claimed never happenedI refuse to waste my time and energy on this any furtherIf she has an issue she is welcome to file a case in small claims court and we can see how a judge will feel about this matter

This customer became very rude and threatening towards me after the refund was not processed in a timeline within his requestWe are still waiting on a refund from he venue to be processed and then will refund folks as necessaryHowever if this client would like to go to small claims court since our refund guidelines give us 30-days to process refunds I'd be glad to discuss any small claims he would like to fileI will not be responding to anymore claims regarding this matter until I receive a refund from the venue and then will issue to vendorsThat's just the way the cookie crumbles if this is not in favor of this vendor I challenge him to file his deal claims court

events and we have never had a complaintOf course when we do events attendance is not something we guaranteeWe pay for advertising but sometimes things do not work outWe still had the event and still had vendors with no issues accept for *** ***I can not help that no one liked her things to buy but out of vendors we have only compliant I would say we are doing something rightI have been in event production for over years and its sad to say but you will never make everyone happy

I am rejecting this response because even the "evidence" provided as links support my contention that the contract was not honored(1) The banners were not what was promised*** ***, one of the artists, contacted *** *** *** *** and they stated there were no editorial features provided to them for this event(2) I am not aware of any posters with my logo; no evidence of them was ever provided(3) There was no "photo and video recap branded with logo" providedI agree that vendor space was provided and I was finally able to see the (shockingly) small version of my logo on the bannerHowever, the fact that the business spent money to secure a venue is irrelevantI continue to believe that the obligations set out in my contract were not met by Elevated Entertainment
