The work crew was courteous and did the job in one day *** followed up in person after completion and made sure the clean up was complete They are a local, Christian company and I highly recommend them for any roofing needs

Elevated Roofing is a local company whose employees are very knowledgeable, courteous an prompt in taking care of business Their work crews are very efficient They cover all hedges and plants around the house for protection and they clean up all debris and nails when job is complete I highly recommend them to you for your roofing needs

Over the past several decades I have used countless repair and installation companies. Plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting ... you name it, I've had to use them at one time or another. Last year I had some extensive hail damage to my home. Roofing, gutters, window frames, patio cover, some water damage inside from leaks, and even the chimney had damage. After the insurance company did its thing, I contacted [redacted] and Tim [redacted] at Elevated Roofing. From the beginning, I felt the project was under control and was assured everything would be to my satisfaction, guaranteed. Coordinating the work, contractors, and dodging the ongoing storms were a challenge. Tim and [redacted] handled everything, including any concerns I had with the work scheduling, rain delays, and contractors. They communicated well, and I always felt that they had everything under control. After each job and when the final contractor left, they would come by to inspect the work and check my satisfaction. During the repair process the company owner also came by a few times to check on things and talk to me. That's where the company learns about true customer service. I always say it has to come from the top. I'm sure I'll be using them again and I would (and do) recommend them.

Steve C[redacted] was great to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He even helped me in dealing with my insurance company. Everything was completed as we agreed. We are satisfied with their service and have reccomended to friends and family.

Our rep (Steve [redacted] from ER was very proactive and involved with the job. He provided local references, handled the insurance claim well and appeared personally on site multiple times. We did have two instances of property damage during the installation but ER could not have been more accommodating in making sure timely repairs were made to our satisfaction. Their site preparation and post clean-up were outstanding. They were a pleasure to employ.
