mrRobbins by email and text message that we would fullytake care of the situation,get him the lien releases he requested, we just needed some time to do so.I personally went over to the home owners house to meet with him about the situationWe will get this taken care ofWe do not appreciate the manner of which mr*** has proceeded to handle this situationWe were under the impression that we would handle this between our company and him, instead he has used you all as a third party to get involvedWe were shocked to receive this newsWe were also shocked of the responses mr*** has put on some of our review sites using such language as a "crooks"We not only did an excellent installation but also upgraded mr*** roof to a class shingle and installed a synthetic felt for freeI even filled out insurance information for him to receive a discount on his insurance premium to State FarmOn another note, the contract has not been completedWe have been waiting patiently for the opportunity to finish the gutters,fence,and carpentry work in which mr*** said he doesn't want to do yet because of money issuesAgain, we will take care of the situation, we just don't want to be painted as some contractor taking advantage of a customer in which is never the case

Mr.*** *** and Elevated Roofing and/or Iron Stone Renovation had plenty of time to response and resolve the issue since the first Lien Notice from the West End Roofing Supplier of Texas, until this time Mr*** *** has not solve the invoice problem with West End Roofing Supplier
How long this issue should be to solve the Lien issue? (It had been over two(2)month)
